Imagine Sitting In Your House Looking Out The Window When… OMG, IT’S COMING FOR US.

In northern Italy there’s a farmhouse that was almost completely destroyed by something no one would have suspected; a nearby boulder. The town of Ronchi di Termeno suffered a landslide and the house narrowly escaped total destruction. A huge boulder came loose during the event and rolled down the hill, smashing straight through part of the house, thankfully no one was hurt and most of the house survived.

The house was missed by literal feet.

It rolled all the way into the vineyards by the house.

Not only did the first boulder BARELY missed the house…

But a second boulder just rolled right up next to the house.

And that’s why you don’t build a house in Italy… in a landslide zone.
